I produced the credits for the film "The Grande Budapest Hotel" in animated vector illustration. I first established a storyboard with illustrations to understand how to move my different elements. I then reworked my illustrations on the computer to give a flat, geometric look. I also choose a colored harmony corresponding to the universe of the film. I chose to make symmetrical aspect to recall the director's style. I also selected two fonts that correspond to the time of the film. And finally the animation is accompanied by a Balkan music, that perfectly matches the universe of the film.
J’ai réalisé le générique pour le film « The Grande Budapest Hotel » en illustration vectoriels animées. J’ai tout d’abord établi un story-board avec des illustrations pour comprendre comment faire bouger mes différents éléments. J’ai ensuite retravaillé mes illustrations à l’ordinateur pour donner un aspect aplatit et géométrique. J’ai également établi une gamme colorée correspondant à l’univers du film. J’ai choisi de réaliser des plans symétriques pour rappeler la pâte du réalisateur. J’ai également sélectionné deux polices de caractères qui correspondent à l’époque du film. Et pour finir l’animation s’accompagne d’une musique balkanique qui s’accorde parfaitement à l’univers du film.
